TraderMate AI is an educational, informational, and self-review tool only. It does not provide financial advice, trade recommendations, or guarantees of any kind. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions.
Eligibility
TraderMate AI is intended for use by individuals aged 18 years or older. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. TraderMate AI is available worldwide, subject to any applicable local laws or restrictions.
No Financial Advice
TraderMate AI is an educational, informational, and self-review tool only. Nothing on this platform — including journal summaries, AI coach responses, playbook generation, performance analysis, or any other output — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trade recommendations, or any form of regulated financial service.
We do not recommend any specific trade, instrument, position size, or strategy. Users remain solely and entirely responsible for all trading decisions, risk management, and the consequences of any trades placed.
AI Output Disclaimer
TraderMate AI uses artificial intelligence to process journal entries, voice transcriptions, trade data, and other inputs to generate summaries, insights, and playbooks. These AI-generated outputs may be imperfect, inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate.
AI outputs should be treated as a starting point for self-reflection, not as authoritative guidance. Always apply your own judgment when reviewing AI-generated content.
Subscriptions & Billing
TraderMate AI is offered as a subscription service with monthly or annual billing options. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee at the start of each billing period. Prices are displayed on the Pricing page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. TraderMate AI does not store your full payment card details.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law, including Australian Consumer Law.

User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create within TraderMate AI, including journal entries, voice recordings, notes, screenshots, and trade data. By using the platform, you grant TraderMate AI a limited licence to store and process this content for the purpose of delivering the service to you.
We do not sell your personal journal content or trading data to third parties.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TraderMate AI to:
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the service
• Upload malicious, offensive, or unlawful content
• Share your account credentials with others
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TraderMate AI and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including trading losses, missed opportunities, or reliance on AI-generated content.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
